3/4" X 2" X 5" aluminum block. 1/4" X 3/4" steelhold down clamp, adjustable front to back also adjust for rowel thickness. Replaceable rowel pin towards the end of the jig can be replaced with a smaller pin and can also be adjusted up and down. This jig allows you to work almost half of one side of the rowel at a time, so time is not wasted readjusting the rowel. The aluminum block can be clamped into any vise and has a very dead feeling which minimizes file chatter.
